Fish, the maker of the “Huntercatapults” slingshot, sent a “Wasp” in for a review. The Slingshot Channel takes it through the paces as usual. The workmanship and design is top notch, and so is the material – Dymondwood, a combination of epoxy resin and hardwood, colorized and laminated under immense pressure.

The slingshot is weighed, the draw weight measured and fired through the chrony using 15mm steel and 16mm lead bullets. The maximum enery is about 42 Joules – for a pocket shooter! Impressive.

As a bonus, two handmade slingshots from Jörg Sprave are presented, plus a semi finished new design (repeating “pump action” slingshot crossbow).
