A lot of people think of slingshots as nothing more than toys. Maybe, they think, a slingshot can be used to scare off pests, like squirrels or raccoons. This video proves them wrong!

Dave hosts this great outdoors video. He shows us a “trick” you can do to your slingshot to make it safari worthy. In other words, he demonstrates how to convert a slingshot into a big game killing device. I don’t want to give his tricks away, but I’ll tell you that it involves an arrow and a cheap ring.

The slingshot is a serious weapon than can actually take down big game. Plenty of serious hunters buy slingshots to take down deer, hogs and other fresh meat on the move.
